3. What happens if I receive my item damaged? We apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will endeavor to replace it for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
